Planning and preparation - this stage involves establishing the purpose and objectives of the audit and defining the scope. It also involves selecting the audit team and preparing the necessary documentation;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Implementation - in this phase, the audit team collects data through on-site inspections, employee interviews and document review.
