This is done by <strong>preliminary investigations<\/strong> and site history studies to identify polluting activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The documentation includes data on the types of substances used, sources of pollution and possible affected areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Feasibility study<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Based on the results of the investigations, a <strong>Feasibility Study<\/strong>, which evaluates:\n<ul>\n<li>Remediation technology options available;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Costs associated with each variant;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental impact and feasibility of implementing the proposed solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remedy project<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the feasibility study has been approved, a <strong>Remediation Project<\/strong> detailed, which includes:\n<ul>\n<li>Remediation objectives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appropriate greening technologies (in-situ, ex-situ, bioremediation, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation plan and deadlines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-intervention monitoring measures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Implementation of remedial measures<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The remediation technologies applied are selected according to the type and degree of contamination as well as the affected medium (soil\/water).
