AUDITECO was retained by a Client to perform an Environmental Impact Assessment for a project of ecological restauration of a former wetland from the Danube Delta transformed into an agricultural land.
AUDITECO analysed the project for ecological reconstruction and the main alternatives that took into consideration the controlled flooding of the Carasuhat agricultural land in order to connect it with the rest of the Danube Delta.
The Environmental Impact Assessment observed the contents imposed by the legislation in force at the report development date. The report was prepared to provide information about the direct and indirect effects, secondary, cumulative, short-term, medium-term and long-term, positive and negative impacts of the project upon the environment.
