A Legal Update / Regulatory Update includes:
- Identify environmental regulations and legislative requirements applicable to your company;
- Periodical notifications of changes to relevant environmental regulations and environmental requirements with focus on those aspects that could have an impact on company’s activities;
- Periodical update of the Legal Register, by case;
- Assistance in interpretation of the environmental legal requirements and changes.
The Legal Update can be provided on a subscription basis and can be extended to also include occupational Health & Safety legislative requirements.
