AUDITECO was retained by a Client in order to prepare an Ecology Report according to BREEAM Europe Commercial 2009 for an Office Park located in Bucharest.
AUDITECO carried out the BREEAM Ecology assessment including site surveys of the existing site, in order to identify the habitats and the biodiversity of the site.
AUDITECO developed a BREEAM Ecology Assessment Report containing the results of the assessment and include a submission for sections LE3, LE4 and LE6 in a format consistent with the “Technical Checklist A6: Guidelines for relating ecologist’s report to BREEAM”.
A Site Layout Plan highlighting proposed measures for enhancing biodiversity and a Site Landscape and Habitat and Management Plan were also prepared.
