AUDITECO was retained by a real-estate developer to prepare the technical documentation for obtaining the Water Management Authorisation for an office assembly located in Voluntari (Ilfov district).
In order to prepare the technical documentation, the AUDITECO consultants performed a site visit with the purpose of inspecting the existing situation with respect to water management. Field observations were lately correlated with relevant documents requested to the Client and made available to the Consultant: layout plans of the water distribution and wastewater networks, drinking water and wastewater quality analytical results, maintenance reports of the equipment used for the treatment of drinking water and wastewater.
