Mihai IOSIF

Mihai Iosif is the Field Investigations and Remediation Manager in the company's Technical Department.

With 10 years of experience in the field, Mihai coordinates complex projects aimed at identifying soil and subsoil contamination, assessing risks and estimating associated remediation costs.

Mihai graduated from the Faculty of Geography of the University of Bucharest with a degree in Environmental Science and followed the M.Sc. degree program „Integrated Environmental Assessment” at the same university.

Mihai has very good experience in conducting Phase I and II environmental investigations, transaction environmental assessments (due diligence), environmental impact assessment studies, waste management and water management technical documentation. He has also been involved in the implementation of green building certification projects, with LEED Green Associate and BREEAM SQE certification.

He is very familiar with the environmental legislation in force in Romania and has coordinated and implemented projects for companies operating in various industries: real estate investment, oil and gas, construction, automotive, renewable and non-renewable energy production, etc. He has attended advanced training courses (environmental auditing, waste management and occupational health and safety).

Mihai is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French.
